Complete governance for residential developers
Full control from unit release to final payment. Unify inventory, pricing and audit trails across your teams.
Sales and finance, one ledger
Stop chasing spreadsheet discrepancies. When sales tracks bookings on a whiteboard and accounts tracks money in Tally, the numbers drift.
One real-time ledger. Every flat status and payment instantly verifiable.
Harmony links sales bookings and accounting into one ledger, so the number in the review is the number in the book, with a name and a time on it.
Governance, not just tracking
A CRM helps you chase a lead. Harmony is built so that a booked flat, a received rupee and an approved discount remain verifiable facts, months later and under audit.
Control 01
Server-enforced holds ensure a unit is only available when it is fully clear. A held flat carries a name and a 7-day clock, and the reason a unit is off the market is never disclosed to those not entitled to it.
Control 02
Base rates and totals are computed and validated on the server from the area on record and checked against the floor. Discounts require director sign-off before they take effect.
| Apt | Computed total | Discount | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| B-703 | ₹1,42,00,000 | ₹1,20,000 | Pending Discount |
Control 03
Roles are strictly segregated. Sales execution, discount approvals and payment verification remain independent: a director raises a payout and only an accountant releases it, and receipt numbers are issued by the server so two people cannot collide.
| Apt | Amount | Entered by | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| B-703 | ₹12,50,000 | Arjun Nair sales exec | Pending |
Control 04
Every decision above lands in an append-only log: who, which role, what changed, before and after. When the question is "who approved that discount", the answer is on record.
| Timestamp | User | Action | Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 Sep 2026, 10:42 am | Meera Iyer | TRANSACTION APPROVED | B-703 · SR/2026/I/0117 |
| 12 Sep 2026, 10:31 am | S. Venkatesh | DISCOUNT APPROVED | B-703 · Ravi Kumar |

Release to receipt
B-703 passes through six hands. Each one leaves a line in the ledger, and none can alter another's.
S. Venkatesh, director, releases the seventh floor of Cluster B to sales. Until now B-703 was Un-released, the default.
Arjun Nair blocks it for 7 days, for Ravi Kumar. A block has to be held for someone.
Ravi Kumar and a co-applicant. A discount of ₹1,20,000 is requested, with a reason. The price does not move until a director decides.
Discount approved. The total is recomputed by the server. A payment plan turns it into dated milestones: on booking, on stages, on handover.
The director marks the seventh floor slab complete. That milestone falls due on every booking in Cluster B at once. A financial event, and the app says so before the click.
₹8,40,000 by cheque, cleared at the bank. Approved by Meera Iyer, receipted SR/2026/I/0117. The channel partner's commission is computed the same minute: gross, 194H, net.
For the finance team
Four things a collections desk asks about on day one, and how each is handled.
| Milestone | Trigger | Share | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booking | On booking | 10% | Paid |
| Foundation | On project stage | 10% | Paid |
| 7th floor slab | On project stage | 15% | Due |
| 14th floor slab | On project stage | 15% | Pending |
| Finishing | On project stage | 25% | Pending |
| Handover | On manual event | 25% | Pending |
Approved money waterfalls down the schedule in order and nets off reversals. Partial is a real state, not a note typed into a cell.
A cleared cheque becomes an approved payment on its own. A bounced one records why, and what happened next.
A director raises the payout and an accountant releases it. The person who decides the amount is never the person who releases the money.
Four kinds of money entry: payment, reversal, refund, write-off. Each its own line, each with a reason from a fixed list.
Every figure on this rail is fictional demo data, set in the product's real formats.
White label, by design
Each developer runs their own instance. A buyer sees your project and your company: in the bar, on the confirmation letter, on the receipt. Harmony's own mark never goes on a document.
Try it
Six roles, one set of rules, enforced on the server rather than in the form. Point the signpost and read the same floor.
Because telling you would tell you which apartments are quietly held, and for whom. A frozen unit, a reserved unit and a booked unit all get the same sentence, on purpose. The landowner's share is not labelled and tempting. It simply is not there.
Who it is for
For the promoter or head of sales selling a few residential projects at a time. Harmony is your system of record, stood up for you: one deployment per developer, your name on the confirmation letter and the receipt, not a sign-up-and-go tenant of somebody else's product.
Know what you've sold and what you've actually collected, today, without asking three people.
From booking to bank without the reconciliation week.
Nobody sells the same flat twice, and nobody discounts alone.
Every figure traces to who decided it and when. Append-only.
What it covers
Ready when you are
This page remembered 0 things you did. None of them left your browser.
Harmony remembers every booking, every price and every rupee. None of it leaves yours either.
